Clays for a Cause
Summary
We’re excited to invite you to join us this October for Clays for a Cause, a twoday sporting
clays event benefiting Pink the Basin and supporting breast cancer awareness across the
Permian Basin.
Hosted by Continental Resources, this event brings together industry partners, community
leaders, and sponsors for great shooting, great food, and an even greater cause. Proceeds help
fund mammograms and diagnostic services for women throughout our region—directly
impacting lives close to home.
Please use the QR code to sign up and select your sponsorship level of choice. We will send
you an email with an invoice once that is completed.
We are currently in between payment platforms so we cannot except credit card payments at
this time. Currently we are accepting checks, or we can invoice you for payment once the credit
card option is available.
Checks can be made out to the “Continental Resources Community Foundation” and mailed to
the Monahans field office or dropped off in person at any time. Please note Clay for a cause and
your Sponsorship level on memo line.

Sponsorship & InKind Donation Opportunities
We are currently seeking event sponsors and inkind donors to help make this event a
success. Sponsorships provide meaningful visibility for your company while supporting an
important mission.
We also welcome partners interested in donating raffle items, door prizes, or teaming up with
other sponsors on larger inkind donations. Larger donation will be in lieu of traditional
sponsorship and team count will be determined on amount of donation.

Smaller InKind Donation Ideas
Smaller donations are also welcomed and greatly appreciated. These items will be used
for door prizes and jackpot raffles.

(No firearm donations will be accepted.)
Event Note
Cookers will be allowed on the course for any sponsors for the event for anyone wishing to cook
and promote their business.
